Privacy Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
This policy explains how the ROUTARA project handles information submitted through this informational website and its early-access list.
What we collect
When you request early access, we store your email address, optional X username, your project-update preference, the privacy-policy version, and the time of registration. We do not request wallet connections, private keys, or financial information.
Why we use it
We use your information to administer your early-access request and contact you about relevant access opportunities. If you choose the optional checkbox, we may also send development milestones and general project updates. You can join without opting into those updates. We do not sell your personal information.
How information is stored and shared
Registrations are stored in a private PostgreSQL database. Only authorized project operators and necessary infrastructure providers may process them to operate this service. The public website does not expose the registration list. Hosting and database providers may process information in the regions selected for deployment, including outside your country.
Security and abuse prevention
We validate submissions, restrict duplicate registrations, and apply short-lived request limits. Email addresses and, when a trusted hosting proxy is configured, IP addresses are transformed into keyed hashes for rate limiting. These rate-limit records expire after a 15-minute window and are removed during subsequent signup activity. Hosting providers may also retain technical logs under their own policies. We do not include submitted contact details in application error logs.
Retention and your choices
We retain your registration while operating the early-access program, unless you request deletion sooner. We will review and delete registrations no longer needed when the program ends. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of update consent. Where applicable, you may also object to processing or complain to your local data-protection authority. Any optional update emails must include a way to opt out.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting security measures may process technical request data. If the site introduces analytics or additional processing, this policy will be updated.
Contact and data requests
A dedicated privacy contact has not yet been published. The project operator must configure a monitored privacy email address before opening registration to the public.
Changes to this policy
We may update this notice as the project develops. Material changes to how existing registration data is used will be communicated where required. This page will display the current revision date.
